Description The Jersey Practice, Hounslow
We aim to see you on time but we would like to remind you that the doctor may have to deal with medical emergencies which must take priority over routine appointments, however we normally see patients within 30 minutes appointment time. When there is a longer delay patients will be informed via the reception desk. Provide and maintain premises that are clean, comfortable, safe and easily accessible to all patients including those with mobility disorders and special needs. Meet written requests for previously established repeat prescriptions normally within two working days, unless the doctor advises that the patient needs to see the doctor again, or further information is obtained first.
If you have undergone tests or x-rays ordered by the practice, the results can be obtained by contacting the reception, giving at least seven working days after the test had been carried out. The surgery will contact you if immediate/urgent action is required. Dispatch routine referral letters or have them ready for collection, within seven working days of the referral being agreed with the doctor.
Dispatch non-clinical forms ( such as insurance or disability badge forms) within ten working days of being submitted. Keep you informed of any news or changes by means of a quarterly practice bulletin.
